Academic staff members and PhD students of the University of Montpellier have taken part to a webinar on the PuRPOSE project.
The aim of this webinar was for the PuRPOSE team at the University of Montpellier to present the preliminary results of the study, conducted in the three partner universities of the project on the factors motivating or impeding MA students to engage in PhD, to their colleagues and the PhD students at the LabEx Entreprendre and to discuss the implications of these results as regards to the orientations for the project in particular, and to activities aimed at raising awareness about research and PhD in general
Through this webinar, the PuRPOSE team also sought to foster the involvement of staff members in the project activities – in particular in supporting current MA students participating the pilot training programme at Montpellier.
